Week 3 Visual Art - Photography
This week in our visual art - photography lessons - we were practicing 2 new skills:
1. We learnt about the macro function on our digital cameras
- Macro allows the camera to focus much closer
- This is great for making things fill the screen

Self Portraits - Proportional drawings
Last term we showed some pictures of our proportional drawing in visual art.
Well, we put the final touches on these this term and below are some of our drawings.
Although some of our pictures don’t look exactly like us, we are very proud of the drawings and the new skills we have learned!
ELMO Revision Quiz
On Friday afternoon we did a quiz to revise over our weeks learning in inquiry, writing and Maori.
Mrs J prepared 15 questions about our learning and put them into Elmo bags.
Next we put ourselves into groups of 3 or 4. We had to put our heads together to answer the questions.
Mrs J spread the 15 Elmo bags with questions in them, out on the mat. Each group had to run and get one bag at a time...
